Experience
The practice combines experience in patent law, litigation, and business law, to provide clients with a comprehensive set of services and opinions. Set in the Silicon Valley of California, the firm works with a diverse clientele of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established companies, located in California and elsewhere.

Clients
In order to protect our clients' confidentiality, we do not disclose the identity of our clients. However, the firm's clients include professionals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and mature businesses in fields such as semiconductors, computer hardware, consumer electronics, internet services, e-commerce, life sciences, and professional consulting.

Fees
The cost of legal services is important to our clients. Clients have different expectations, ideas, and requirements that apply to the budget for legal expenses. With that in mind, the firm takes every attempt to be efficient in expending hours, and entertains alternate billing structures (such as fixed-fee or not-to-exceed) for certain services.
